You’ll need a copy of your Purchase Receipt (showing zero balance), details of the model you purchased (including model number, serial number, the date purchased and the retailer/dealer you purchased the air conditioner from.
To complete your claim you will need to mail us a copy of your receipt so that it is received by us within 21 days of the purchase date. Once your purchase receipt is received, we will verify your purchase, order your eftpos card and send you a confirming email.
